Can Heart Disease be Reversed?

The question Can Heart Disease be Reversed is perhaps the most important question facing those Americans afflicted with cardiovascular disease in this country today? In the picture below you will see a simulated picture of what heart disease looks like inside a heart artery. It’s a buildup of plaque taking place over a period of years and decades. It does not happen overnight.

 Plaque buildup inside artery walls

You should memorize the following statement. Heart disease is plaque, and plaque is heart disease. Once the process of plaque or heart disease buildup occurs, it never ever ends. It goes on forever until you die from heart disease itself or some other disease or accident. One out of two Americans die from heart disease.

So the first question one should ask is what is the rate of growth, and can it be slowed down, because it certainly isn’t going to be reversed until the rate of growth is decelerated, and then stopped? Only after deceleration, and stoppage, can we tackle your question of REVERSAL of the heart disease process itself. We cover this in detail in our 200 plus page Special Report, which you really ought to read, there’s a money back guarantee. Click below if you would like to know more, but first…..

We have a lot more to tell you…….

For our purposes here, let's cut right to the chase. Yes, you can slow down the rate of growth of heart disease, and yes, you can stop the process, and yes, you can reverse it. All of these steps present difficulties, and here they are.

You must slow it down first. Remember the heart disease process has been taking place for years. It will take at least a year, and maybe two to slow it down to the point of stoppage, and then you can work on reversal. Current state of the art practices, what we call BEST PRACTICES for slow down, stoppage, and Reversal include the use of STATIN Drugs to drive LDL (BAD) Cholesterol down, and down, and further down. Without STATIN drugs, most people have problems driving LDL (Bad) Cholesterol down below the 100 level.

Statin Drugs are miracle workers at cutting
down on LDL (bad) Cholesterol

With high powered Statins, you should attempt to get LDL Cholesterol down to the 60 level. Most medical researchers at the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Johns Hopkins University Hospital agree that heart disease generally stops when LDL is at a 60 level.  So that's the goal.

You should also take with your doctor's permission and approval, a low dosage 81 milligram baby aspirin every day. There is no longer any question that aspirin therapy cuts down on the rate of heart attacks. The STATIN drugs will also stabilize the plaque building process making the plaque itself hard, as opposed to be paste like and VOLATILE. Soft volatile plaques are more likely to explode or erupt causing a scabbing over which leads to a heart attack. Again this is explained in our SPECIAL REPORT in dramatic detail. We have a lot more to say, but if you want to take a look at the Report first, click below:

Let's get back to Reversing heart disease……

Most people are under the misconception that a heart bypass procedure FIXES THE PATIENT. This is a mistaken belief. A by-pass operation will only fix the artery in question. The heart disease that caused the necessity of the by-pass operation to begin with is still ACTIVE, and growing. You must reverse the heart disease process itself, but again first comes slowing it down and then stopping it, before you can reverse it.

We talked about Statin drugs and baby aspirin. The first dosage of the statin usually has the biggest bang for the buck, meaning each increased dosage of Statins, cuts your LDL level less and less. One of the things you and your doctor should consider is the use of Zetia to knock down your LDL bad Cholesterol even more than the Statin drug can achieve alone.
